Terms and Conditions for Florantina
Florists.
All wedding and Funeral orders placed are required to have a deposit
of a minimum of £25.00 payable on ordering.
Wedding
Flowers: Final confirmation of numbers i.e. Buttonholes/Tables etc. must be received a minimum of 21
days before the event date and the remaining Balance must be paid in full at least 14 working days before
the event date.
Sympathy flowers are required to be paid in full at least 5
working days in advance if possible.
All special occasion flowers
and general flowers must be paid for in full when placing your order.
Any Wedding cancellations received
on or after the 21 working day confirmation/final date: cannot be refunded, this also applies to sypmathy designs
if cancelled 7 days or less from the date required. This is due to the flowers having already been ordered with my
worldwide wholesale Flower Suppliers.
Refunds if Wedding cancellation is made:
Over
1 year: deposit paid only non refundable.
1 year to 6 months before event date:
75% only of total
paid refundable.
6 months to 3 months before event date:
50% only of total paid refundable.
3 months to 21 days before event date:
30% only of total paid refundable.
21 days or less no refund
applies.
Sympathy Cancellations:
(Due to short notice of most bookings
taken for this type of event)
From date booked:
If cancelled 14 days or more before event 75%
of the total is refundable.
If cancellled between 7 to 14 days 50% of the total is refundable.
If cancelled
7 days or less before event date, no refund can be applied.
Due to flowers having
already been order through wholesalers.
PAYMENT METHODS:
I accept Cash, Cheques and Postal Orders (Made payable
to Mrs B. Wilson) or payments via Paypal but I am afraid due to bank charges I cannot accept direct credit
card payments unless made through paypal.
I am also happy to accept payment by Bacs (Bank Transfer) if this is a
payment option that you wish to use please contact me for my bank details.
